Tips on Teens

Welcome to Our Tips on Teens Video Archive

Parenting is not an easy job! We understand the challenges and complexities that come with raising children, especially during the tumultuous teenage years. The transition from childhood to adolescence can be a rollercoaster of emotions, behaviors, and unexpected situations. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or unsure of how to navigate this phase, you’re not alone. Parenting teens is a shared experience filled with ups and downs, and it’s completely normal to feel like you’re struggling at times.

At the Teen Therapy Center, we’ve been dedicated to supporting parents like you for years. We’ve received hundreds of questions from concerned parents on almost every topic you can imagine—whether it’s about managing teenage stress, dealing with academic pressure, understanding teen mental health, what to do when you can’t stand that kid your teen is dating or addressing behavioral issues. These are the kinds of topics that can keep parents up at night, and we know how important it is to find reliable advice and resources to help you through them.

That’s why we created our “Tips on Teens” video series, a weekly segment where we answer your most pressing questions live, ever Wednesday at noon on Facebook. These sessions are designed to provide you with practical advice, support, and insights into the challenges you’re facing as a parent.

If you’ve found yourself here, you’ve discovered our archive of all the “Tips on Teens” videos. This extensive collection of educational videos on teen mental health is an invaluable resource for any parent navigating the complexities of adolescence. Perhaps you’re worried about your teen’s academic performance, or maybe you’re concerned about their social interactions. Maybe you’re trying to figure out how to talk to your teen about difficult subjects like anxiety, depression, or substance use. And what do you do if you just found out your kid is shoplifting?  Whatever the case may be, the odds are high that we’ve addressed it in one of our “Tips on Teens” videos. Our advice videos for parents are crafted to provide you with the knowledge and confidence to approach these challenging topics head-on.

In addition to being a source of advice and support, our video series for teen therapy is also a platform for you to engage with us directly. If there’s a particular issue you’re struggling with that hasn’t been covered yet, we invite you to send us your questions. You can reach out to us at TipsOnTeens@TeenTherapyCenter.com.
